#451, Let Go and Let God
Life is too short to wait around for happiness.
When our dreams and goals start to frustrate us and we lose our peace to where we’re not enjoying life, that’s a sure sign that we’re holding on too tightly and need to let go and release it to God.
We don’t have to worry that our God-given dreams are not going to come to pass or that things aren’t happening as quickly as we would like. Just simply let go and trust God. 1 Peter says, “If you put your trust in the Lord, you will never be disappointed.”
You can stay in peace knowing that your future is in God’s hands. He controls the whole universe. As long as your trust is in Him, He will get you to where you’re supposed to be.
